Payments and Shipments

The delivery times indicated below are calculated according to working days (mon-fri) and may be altered by local or national holidays. At specific times of year, such as Christmas, New Year, or bank holidays we are unable to garantee our delivery dates, due to saturation of transport.

If the bank transfer paymet option has been selected for your order, bear in mind that your order will not be dispatched until we have received the bank transfer.Some items in our store are marked availability 2-5 days. These items will take 2-5 days to be dispatched from our warehouse. This period will need to be added to the times above to estimate delivery times. The urgent delivery options cannot be applied to these items.

Some items in our store are marked On request . Availability of  these has to be verified with the warehouse. We recommend to contact us before buy it.

Delivery options to Czech republic:

• Standard 1-2 day delivery: Ceska posta  85 CZK.  
• Free shipping on orders over 999 CZK
• Standard 2-3 day delivery: Zasilkovna  50 CZk.  
• 24h express delivery – 130 CZK  Only applies to working days and to orders placed before 13.00h CET). Not applicable to bank transfer orders.  

International:

All companies belonging to the EU and with a valid intra-communitary VAT number, will be exempt from VAT. To find out if VAT can be removed from your orders, please contact us at info@lezec-shop.cz

Orders over 200 EU - All clients belonging to any country out of EU will be exempt from VAT. To find out if VAT 21% can be removed from your orders, please contact us at info@lezec-shop.cz
