Return and Exchange policy

FanOutdoor.com offers customers a 2-year guarantee on all new products and our customers will also benefit from the guarantee offered by the manufacturer of each product when a greater period is offered.

Defects or imperfections due to the incorrect use or manipulation of goods, as well as the wear and tear produced by the normal use of a product, are not included in this guarantee.

Any decline in the function of a product, due to its design limitation, is also excluded from guarantee.

FanOutdoor.com provides an after-sales service to help you with any problems you may have with our products and deliveries. Our aim is to provide a fast and efficent service to our customers. 

FanOutdoor.com offers our customers a greater period than the 14 days stated by law. If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, you can return the unwanted product within the following 90 calendar days of the delivery date

Simply send back the product in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including all guarantees, labels and instructions of use. Please remember that the customer pays shipping costs to return an item to our warehouse, but Lezec-shop.cz pays shipping costs to send the exchanged item to the customer.  If a product does not arrive at our warehouse in its perfect state, due to inappropriate wrapping, the exchange or refund will not be accepted.

Once the returned goods have been received at our warehouse and their condition has been checked, Lezec-shop.cz will accept the return and will proceed to process the corresponding exchange or refund, according to the form of payment used to place the order: 

a. If you paid for your order by credit card, the refund will be returned to the same credit card account.

b. If you paid for your order by paypal, the amount will be refunded to your paypal account

c.  If you paid for you order cash on delivery or by bank transfer or if you paid cash in our store you will be asked to provide us with a bank account number so that we can process the refund.
